An Alaskan Island for the Sketchbook Project

Another work in progress for my sketchbook project. This time an Alaskan Island for the mutton birds to fly past. Amazingly the birds do not rest on land for the many months of their migration.

Sketchbook Project underway!

Away on holidays but finally working on my Sketchbook Project again. Here's a whale I drew and painted using watercolour pencils and pen. I am using my phone to post to blogger so please excuse simple formatting and brevity! Hope you're enjoying your festive season. C x

A print run of Christmas Cards

Thanks to the kind senders of two lovely crafted cards, (bloggers Jess from Brown Paper Bunny and Jeannine of Saylor Made) I have been motivated to make two stamps and grab my ink and cards.

After carving a geometric style Christmas tree and a tiny star to stamp atop, I began printing with green and silver.

Then, for my more non traditional recipients a few pastel tones too.
